From mould, decay, and borer to odours, biohazards, and air quality concerns — I identify what’s happening at the deepest microscopic and molecular level, when it started, and why. My forensic mould and decay investigations and fungal and bacterial damage investigations help clarify causation, identify liability, guide remediation, and support legal or insurance claims through expert forensic reports for insurers.
I regularly act as an expert witness for mould damage, expert witness for water damage claims, and provide microbial damage building disputes analysis to assist with building damage repair liability disputes and mould litigation expert witness cases.
